Are you asking about your Nero burn log. If you have Nero 6 just go into My Compter/Program Files/Ahead/Nero/Nero History If Nero 7 go into My Computer/Program Files/Nero/Core/Nero History, just copy and paste, and highlight and delete your SN. AD can't block your SN for you.

As far as I know Clone does not keep a record of logs like Nero. The error log will show up on you burn screen when the program is running under the log tab. You can use the Alt+print screen keys to capture and the open Paint Program and use Ctrl+v key to bring up the capture. You can then use the brush/crayon to blackout any SN save it as a png file and host it on a site like imgshack or photobucket. Or you can just say what the error is and go from there.

okay what i was tryin to do was.I had some AVI files i had converted so i could burn them onto a DVD+ DL disc i got the files converted useing Nero vision but when i tryed to burn the files in Clonedvd2 useing a Verb +DL i got a Media write error i got to 47% before i got the error.

What error?? If you are saying you get to 47% and it won't continue it is only writing the first layer, and if you are trying to combine mutilple files in Clone I am not sure it will join these files.

I did this on a DVD5 disc with no problems im tryin not to compress these files because i have to many pixels on my 55inch.It said bad media write error.Plus the files have already been joined in Nero vision i just need to burn them useing a DL disc.

What brand are you using, have you used this media before with good results, is you burner fw up to date? Clone is either not recognizing the media, or cannot set a layer break.

Okay how do i update my fw i think thats my problem i have a HP burner.HP DVD writer 640c(rev.ES04).I hope this info help.I was useing VERB + DL media.

I would say you need an update, the current for this burner is JS04. You can go here

I had this burner and, mine at least, did not do well with dl's. But you definitely need the update. This burner should have come with a disk that has an automatic updater where it will connect with HP and dl and flash your drive. If not then go to the rpc site and dl.

For some reason i cant download it i click on the HP DVD Writer logo but nothing happens?

Okay managed to find this site that will dl the JS04 fw. Tried HP but you cannot get it there it just directs you to a 640i burner. That is one reason I got rid of this drive, there is no support for it and if you try to call HP on it you will get a message that it is a third party drive and they give a number to call that does not work.
