Hi

I unlocked a Nokia 8310e the other day. It was locked to Orange & after unlocking accepted my O2 sim card. Today I put the O2 sim card back into it as I want to start using this phone but I get a message saying phone restricted after I switch it on. I re-entered the unlock code & got a message saying the phone was not restricted but every time I put in the sim card I can't use it as the message phone restricted comes up. Can anyone help?
