Thanks to those who responded to my last thread. Pleased to say that after downloading the latest 1.31 firmware for my Pioneer 104 I can now record fine at 2x on 4x media. The 4x discs seem to give flawless results and I would recommend the Ritek or any of the Datawrite 4x media. Make sure you have the latest upgrade for Nero also. Don't put a 4x disc in a Pioneer 103 0r 104 without upgrading the firmware first - important!
