Hi all,
I have some sort of hijacker infecting my computer at the moment. It says it's W32.Myzor.FK@yf. On launching 'internet explorer' it takes me to the site 'http://www.sysnetsecurity.com/'
I've looked at some of the posts here and it seems that each case is unique. I was going to continue a thread but they all seemed too long or in the middle of explanations so i didn't want to interfere.
sorry, i'm new to forums so i hope by starting a new thread i haven't disgruntled anybody.
so yeah, can anybody help me with this hi-jacker problem. I've downloaded HjT and SmitFraudFix.
I will post my smitfraudfix rapport below; then my HijackThis.log

Restart your computer to the safemode -> http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml
When in safemode, open SmitfraudFix folder and doubleclick the file smitfraudfix.cmd
Choose option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and pressing "Enter" in order to remove the infected files.
You are asked: "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove your desktop wallpaper and the infected registry keys.
The tool checks if wininet.dll file is infected. You might be asked to replace the infected .dll (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".
The tool might have to restart your computer; if it won't do it, restart your computer back to normal mode.
A textfile will appear after the cleaning process, copy this file and paste it to here.
Tha log is saved to your local diskdrive, usually C:\rapport.txt.
Warning : Running option 2 in a clean computer will delete your desktop wallpaper.
Scan hijack and send a fresh log and rapport.txt

Please download ewido anti malware it is a free version of the program -> http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
1. Install ewido security suite
2. When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck..
* Install background guard
* Install scan via context menu
3. Launch ewido, there should be an icon on your desktop, double-click it.
4. The program will now open to the main screen.
5. When you run ewido for the first time, you may get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We will fix this in a moment.
6. You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
* On the left hand side of the main screen click update.
* Then click on Start Update.
7. The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
(the status bar at the bottom will display ("Update successful")
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update ewido.

Once the updates are installed do the following:
Reboot your computer in SafeMode by doing the following:
1. Restart your computer
2. After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3. Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4. Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
Launch ewido:
* Click on scanner
* Click on Complete System Scan and the scan will begin.
* You will be prompted to clean the first infection.
* Select "Perform action on all infections", then proceed.
* Once the scan has completed, there will be a button located on the bottom of the screen named Save report
* Click Save report.
* Save the report .txt file to your desktop or a location where you can find it easily.
Close ewido security suite.
Reboot back to normal mode

When i installed ewido i didn't see any "Additional Options" so i couldn't uncheck the boxes
* Install background guard
* Install scan via context menu
Also, after launching ewido * On the left hand side of the main screen there was no 'update' key. There was an 'update now' key so i clicked that and from there it did it automatically, there was no 'Start Update'key after that.
And, after performing the scan there was no 'perform action on all infections'. There was 'apply all actions' so i clicked this instead.
I hope i did the right thing :-\

I couldn't find 'spoolnt.exe' i ran a search but it didn't find anything with 'spoolnt' in the file name.

Please send a fresh hijack log and download newer smithfraudfix
Download SmitfraudFix.zip to your desktop -> http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip
Scan option #1 and send contens off rapport.txt
Then we delete in another way those bad files founded by smithfraudfix.
One alternative can be this program :

Install it and try to goto safemode and run smithfraudfix scan option #2

Firstly, i'm an idiot. I downloaded the programs and i ran HjT and option 1 in SmitFraudFix. but then i went into safe mode and ran option 2 of smitfraudfix and the second rapport saved over the first one so i can't give you that. but i can give you the HjT log and the SmitFraudFix rapport after selecting option 2 in safe mode and then again when i'm back in normal mode; so here they are:

Hi blindfear, Don't worry. You run smithfraudfix at safe mode, then all files off smithfraud are gone to heven off bits :)
Now Your comp should be clean off it.
