they've always been able to they just said they couldtn.Immersion has even stated that they have had confusion to why sony said they couldt have the rumble feature seeing how Nintendo has the motion sensor and all that times 10 of of what the ps3 controller has had.

Dont worry about it...no harm no foul

Yeh that would serve Sony alot better to come up with their on rumble technology and incoporate it into the new controllers rather than pay royalities to immersion or whoever for that matter.

agreed.

;-)

Like the article said, though, "Don't expect Sony to give Immersion a call anytime soon".

The ps3 controller will probably get rumble in a few years with a new version of the controller. Sony tends to make a lot of good controller revisions. (Dual Analog, Dual Shock, Dual Shock 2)

lol offrome you gotta way of saying agreed right when everyone is calling themselves an a$$ hole.

If immersion would drop the lawsuit it would have happened.I think immersion is further distancing it's self from sony by trying to prove rumble would work with motion sensing too. Most of us already know it would work anyways.

Yeah if they take out the motion sensing that the only way for now apart from what immersion is proposing. Till they can solve it on their own then they're stuck without it

The rumble feature is a NEEDED feature and i think people underestimate its worth an use. Its a key feature to games such as the hitman blood money, all sprots games, any fighting series. It immerses you than the new motion sensing the ps3 controller has... but hey this is jus tmy opinion. They be looking great if they get both features going

i played F.E.A.R.(which is actually coming to the 360) w/o any motiosensor/vibration functioning, and i still enjoyed it. im probably the minority on this one, but i don't think vibration is a 'necessity' for gaming.

Well if you are I am too.Everyone knows by now I don't have a console in my room.My pc uses a gamepad like in fear which hade mentioned.I also got halo and every other game now lol(thx again svtstang for that torrent help lol) I like the rumble but didn't really notice that it was gone.

You just get so involved in the game and forget all about it.For instance I knew when I was getting shot and I didn't need rumble to tell me.Again probably the minority here.
