hey guys,
I don't know exactly what this bar is called but it looks like this
(highlighted in red)
basicly all I did was go to folder options to hide hidden files and that more time than usual and now it looks like this
can anyone help my out because it looks so weird and I used that bar alot

The only thing I can think of is go to the Folder options and reset all the defaults and see if that rectify's the problem.

yeah go to tools>folder options> and experiment or you can try a system restore and restore you rcomputer to a time before when a the task bar was there....start>all program>accessories>system tools>system restore

Try clicking on the button that says Folders, beside the Search button. That usually toggles the Folder view and the toolbar that you have missing.

In windows explorer (my documents if you like) Click on Tools --> Folder options. On the general tab you should see Tasks, make sure that the show common tasks in folders option is highlighted. Then click apply, then ok and hey presto, you should have yur common tasks options back again.

sorta off topic but along the same lines, does anybody know how to get the new control panel back, i have it like 2000. Is there a way to switch it back?
sorry fr im size, 1280X800 rez, but try this button, it might fix it

iPirate, you should just be able to switch back to category view. The same panel the original poster said he was missing has that option when you open the control panel.

BTW, if you want to only capture the active window then paste it into a paint program, press ALT + PrntScrn. That way you don't have to have the entire screen.

so on my laptop i have this Fn button which is blue and like a shift button for back commands on the button, so i hite right now, Fn PrtSc, would i just hit Fn Alt PrtSc?

hey guys,
I got another problem, you know when you type sommthing once and if you wanna type it again it comes up so u don't have to type it again on google or anything which uses that process it seems to not be working iI just find it really annoying so can any of u guys help me out?

What browser are you using? If it's FireFox go to Tools --> Options --> Privacy --> Saved Forms, then tick the box for save informaion i enter into forms and the search bar. Then click OK.

hi again,
got another problem I downloaded a rar file but it has a password on it does any one know how to get past that. I've tried using RAR Password Cracker but I don't know how the hell to work it can someone please help me.
