Hay i have a problem I install everything DevHook
40,41,41a,41b,41c,41d and i put the eboot 2.0 installed and then
the 2.5 and installed it everything was successful i got
Street Fighter Alpha 3 max.iso i made ISO folder in the root of
the psp and i put the same setting in the Hevhook mode from the tutorial in afterdawn
and
i just got a black screen and it powered off .....can some body gulde me

Why are you palyin with eboots for? That is not necessary, and i gurantee that is why nothing is working for you. Delete all your devhook files and use this package, and dont screw with eboots.

ok i download it and installed it i put everything in the root or the psp MS/ and i made a ISO folder and put it in the root of the MS/ Street Fighter 3 Max ......the Iso dont work cane you give me the devhook settings

Not sure what he hell all that was on the bottom, but here is how you do it.
1. In the root, out the dh folder and the ISO folder if you dont have one there already
2. In the PSP/GAME folder put the DEVHOOK and DEVHOOK% folders
The readmes and all the other stuff are not needed. SFA boots on the defualt settings. Do you have the correct iso? The UMD Emu Run UMD version wont work if thats the one you have, so find an untouched iso if in fact you have that one.

ok i put it in the psp and it still does not load.
1) i turn on the psp start up Devhook0.41d launcher
2)umd select -street fighter alpha 3 max.iso-
3)und mount i put -ISO ANYUMD-
4)umd version i put (2.xx-->2.0)
5)firmware i put -2.5-
6)cpu clock i put -222Mhz/111Mhz-
7)boot select i put -Reboot XMB-
8)i click on start
It reboots to a 2.5 with a (this disc cannot be started the region code is not correct) i hit O it takes me to the dash with that bleach backround and still no game?
im using a movie umd does that matter? (starship troopers)
how do i start this game?

That why, using amovie UMD will not work. Use either a game UMD or a demo UMD. You are doing everything else right, I am pretty confident that is the reason you are not having luck with SFA.

Oh ight so when get my demo ill try it and if it work or if it dosnt work ill let you know yo thanks for helping me......i dont have any umd except for that movie right now....If you Have AIM... PM me your Sreen Name...thanks

No problem, you have a firm grasp how to make it work, its just the UMD that is giving you probelms. Like you said, let me know when you get the UMD and try it out, I highly doubt you will have any more problems when you get it:)

Music UMDs as well as movie UMDs will not work, only demo and game UMDs are recognized by devhook.

svtstang you are 110% Right i just tryed with a demo and it worked street fighter worked with out any problem...devhook boots only with the demo thanks alot man....E-Era

Thanks....I have one more Question?...Ok i just got Splinter Cell Essentials and its 1.68gigs and i got a 1gig MemoryStick just wanted to know if you have it and if you can show me how you did it.....

The Splinter Cell Essentials i have is USA ....OK INSIDE THE STREET RIDERS FOLDER HAS 2 FOLDERS kmodule,module INSIDE THE KMODULE FOLDER IT HAS 11 .PRX FILES AND INSIDE THE MODULE HAS 27 .PRX FILE AND A FOLDER CALLED AUTH AnD INSIDE THAT FOLDER IT HAS 22 .PRX FILE.....Do i tranfer all and every .prx file over or just the 11 .prx file thats in the kmodule over....

My bad for bothering the $h!t out you is that this $h!t is a little Confusing ok let me get to the Point
OK
1)I patch it using ppf-o-matic
2)I extract the iso to the desktop
3)I replaced every .PRX file on the Extracted SCell.iso with all
60 .PRX files on the Street Riders folder
4)the last tast is to use the RIP-KIT i read the readme.txt and the layout is Confusing i just need a little help with the layout?

3)In side the PSP_MODULES do i delete all the .PRX files and put every .prx files form Street Riders in it
OR
Do i just add every .Prx in side PSP_MODULES with Every Street Riders .Prx files
AND do i have to UpperCase all the .Prx files in there ex: Every .Prx files inside the PSP_MODULES including the the Street Rider .Prx Files have to be UpperCase

Usually when you patch something with a ppf patch it takes care of the prx problems. If you are going to use a ppf patch, use UMD Gen 3.00 or higher and just push "use appf patch" or whatever, and UMD Gen will do it for you. If you want to manually swap prx's, they dont have to be uppercase, and only swap out the ones that you can, dont put every prx in the Street Rider rar in Cell or whatever game you are playing.
