I have found a site to d/l game saves and I was wondering how i can get the game saves that I d/l from the internet onto my memory card?

Use a gameshark to transfer data from a disc then copy it over to the memory card. Then you can play with the saves

You can also use Action Replay if u have a USB flash drive. Here is a link to it: http://rapidshare.de/files/13847051/Action_Replay_Max_Evo_Ntsc.ra...
But you will need to have Swap Magic or a Mod Chip for it to work. Otherwise you will need to go out and buy it for $30.

Edit: Actually I'm not sure if it how it will work with Swap Magic. Some one else will have to answer that one.
