DNAS error when connectiong online with ps2

I am using swap magic 3, and when I try to connect to online I get (-402) DNAS Error. I have setup the ps2 to connect to my laptop which is sharing the wireless internet with the PS2, but I'm not sure it is set up correctly. I have the ip of 192.168.0.1 on my laptop and I setup the PS2 to automatically setup everything. The test was fine, it said it connected fine, but when I try to connect to the SCEA website using burnout revenge (copied and using swapmagic) to get a account it gets to the DNAS connection screen then gives me "DNAS Error (-402) A Playstation 2 disc information error has occured." Do I need to patch the copy of the game? Or is there something else wrong? The internet is working fine (as you can see).

nanana, if you havent patched it with the DNAS patch you wont get passed it. go to www.ps2nfo.com for more details or search aD. This had been explained a lot. And also socom will not work with any patch.
