HELP xbox hardrive broken!!!!

Ok i have been modding xbox a few months and have had no trouble until the other day.... Somehow the entire C drive was erased on the hardrive leaving me with no dashboards and OS. Well thats bad enough because i couldnt do anything without thee eeprom which i did not backup to my pc.. i tried hots swappin usin xboxhdm to restore the C drive and the hardrive was destroyed lets just say. COMPLETELY. So anyone How can i use another hardrive from another xbox??? I have it ready to go in but of course the eeprom doesnt recognize it... Anyone i need ideas!!!??? please

hey i got all the back up(eeprom,hddkey,disk ect.) now what do i do because i accidentally moved xboxdash.xbe or somthing off the harddrive
