Ive heard it compared to God of wars gameplay with a chick thrown in the place of Kratos.It does look amazing and if its anything like god of war it will be FRICKIN AMAZING!!!

Is it a ps3 only release? I could have sworn its also being released on ps2, which is the best case scenario for me at least.

Only for ps2 is what i have heard.I watched like a 20 minute interview about the making of it and all that type of gibberish and the makers said they made it especially for the ps2 and that its been in production so long(right after teh release of god of war they starting working on pt 2) that its only planned to release on the ps2. I think thats a hit to the ps3 not having a god of war2 but since it will be BC it shouldnt matter i guess but that game was AMAZING.It was my favorite game fo all time next to the madden series which kinda sucked on the 360 so hopefully 07 is polished and great this year.I hope i answered your qustion buddy ole pal...LOL

LOL you did dnglebry, thx. Kind of shocked that there will not be a ps3 port of GOW 2, since that would be an easy way to showcase the power of the ps3. Im also glad its being released for the ps2 since i dont plan on buying a ps3 anytime soon.
BTW, when are you goinf to spit out another one of your dnglebry'isms, i need a good laugh with all the bs going on in the forums lately:p

GOW 2 is just for the ps2. i think part of the reason is to prolong the ps2's cycle. there have been a few comparisons between GOW 2 and heavenly sword, this was taken from PSM August 06 issue....

Im with you Smurff, I have no problem waiting a year or two, or at least till the price gets to the $400 range for the 60 gig combo, but I doubt that is going to happen in that time period.

Not to worry i'll be dropping one of my dnglebry-ism's in the short future.Thats ridunkulous were talking about it like im a rapstar "droppin" an album..LOL well anyways when the time is right hell shall have no fury like the d-bizzles combination of stinging power and unmatchable uniqueness when laid on one of the fellas who open themself up to the dnglebery'"SPECIALS".
