i used DVD Shrink n dercrypter but when its about to burn its file to big to burn continue anyway i click yes then another thing pops up n says illegal mode for this track? wut should i dew?

Remove the unnecessary audios to keep the size down to fit on a single layer disc. It sounds like in the compression bar it's going into the red. It should show all green.
What do you have your target size set to in Shrink?
Doing a full back up?
