Multimedia options gone in MPT 4.2.1a

So I haven't connected my phone to my PC for awhile and decided I wanted a few more ringtones, so I load up MPT, get the update to 4.2.1a and now the multimedia settings are gone.

I remember this happened last time and I had to replace a file. I just don't remember which one.

How do I fix this?

I'm using a V3 Razor
