I found some Fujifilm Made in Japan CD-Rs at my local best buy. Can I assume this is better than average stuff? It appears to be a newer batch in new packaging. It used to have a blue wrapper but now its yellow.

AFAIK all MIJ Fuji CD-R is made by Taiyo Yuden, one of the very best brands there is.
