OK first of all apologies if this question sounds dumb. I've had a good look for an answer but no luck.

Problem is: have burned VCD using Nero and created a thumbnail menu which actually consists of five pages. Can select any item from first menu but cannot navigate to the next menu.

Playing back via Onkyo DVD player. How SHOULD you be able to page between menu screens?

yup, tried that, must try on a different player to see whether its the player or the disc

Maybe your player just doesnt work good with menu's!!
