i can only fill the memory stick about 1 gb, not even that. i keep on getting cyclic redundancy check error.

try right clicking on the drive I if that is the drive of your memory card and then click properties. There, look at the capacity of the card. if it's 1 Gb then it is probably fake.

the compacity show 2 gb but when it gets to 1058mb it wont go down any more.
