I really need some advice...
I have a SCPH-39001 and a modchip inside. I need to know if it can read DVD-RW.
I tried burning an ISO image but the InCD it's a really pain in my butt! Everytime I erase the DVD-RW, InCD keeps burning something it the DVD. I'm now using a Sony DVD-RW.
Please answer...

im not sure if it could read them or not, but i defintley dont recommend them. just use DVD-R or +r. like any media, if u keep erasing and writing over its gonna lose quality.

Yea thats true its also not good for your PS2. The -rw might work depending on the chip though

agree with the above. Stick with the standard DVD's and not the RW type
8X DVD-R and make sure they are QUALITY DVD'S!
do not just go out and buy some store brand or Memorex and expect them to work. Do a bit of research before you buy them.
Also for burning and making your ISO get DVD Decrypter
It will work great for games.
