Need Help With VCD Encoding

Hi,
I am trying to turn a DVD into a VCD and am using Forty-Two for the VCD encoding. But after it has finished transcoding when I check the destination folder there is just a folder saying "burn whats in here" but inside it is nothing! Please help

Is there any free software that I can burn VCD's with, I can't fork out on Toast at the moment.
