Ok, last night I was looking into keylogging to watch what people are doing on this computer and I got into a site with spyware by mistake and it took my desktop and put the "Spyware is found" blah blah mess as my image on my desktop. So I have ran Spybot and everything else i have and I cannot seem to get it off. Here is what it looks like when I right click...





any ideas?

Hi fastcart, sounds like you have a mess of troubles. I suggest arming yourself with a copy of HijackThis from
http://www.filepedia.com/desktop_software/desktop_security/hijack...
and then heading over to the virus and spyware forum to post the logfile.

The guys there are the best there is at malware removal and will cure all you're computer ills, just remember to ask nicely. While there take a look at a few of the posts or just use the forum search function as this problem may have been asked/answered before. Good luck with the malware removal.
