Remove warnings from DVDs

My problem can best be described as: I know what I want to do, but am not sure how to do it. Let me explain.

I rip a movie using DVD Decrypter. If the movie fits entirely on a DVD-5, I use DVD Shrink to do some editing, i.e, "disable" the warnings that appear at the beginning, and any other stuff that I don't want. I then burn using Nero 7 Burning ROM.

For DVD-9 movies, I use DVD Rebuilder Pro to process a movie (main title and menus) before burning with Nero 7 Burning ROM. In this scenario, I don't know how to "disable" those clips.

Do I need to use DVD Shrink in this process?

i'm pretty sure you can you shrink to do this, i don't think you need to compress if not need while using shrink...if not, i've heard os VOB blanker or blankvob...maybe those could help, i think you can cut out cells within the dvd? Look into this and see if it's any help
