GTA liberty city stories HD problem

PLEASE HELP, im trying to install GTA liberty city stories onto my HD but it freezes after the titles have played, has anyone got any suggestions.

Download HDLoader 0.8a. Works perfectly.

I searched, found your HD loader solution, followed the link, burnt my CD, booted with SM and hey presto.

I love it when a plan comes together.

Thanks for the solution all.

Edit:- Also found S/Magic ver 2.0 will boot a back-up of the game with no problems for those without a HDD installed.

I havent got a modded ps2. my ps2 i PAL and so is my iso of the game taken from the original disc. I downloaded hda 0.8 and FTP it to my hd.Now i boot my hda 3.0 off the original disc and then from that menu i boot the hda 0.8.works fine and lists all my games.but when i try to boot a game from here it just give me a black screen.Anyone know where im going wrong? Anyone have a fix?

if I understand you correctly you have added HD loader to your HDD (like a game would be) and you can load it from your HD Advance 3.0 software but games don't work.

Well I tried that aswell but can confirm it won't work that way i'm afraid.
You must burn the HD loader to a CD. And use a boot cd like Swap magic and a slide tool to boot the disc and access the games on your HDD.
Its just like if you did'nt have the original HD advance 3.0 Disc to acces your HDD.
You would have to download an ISO of it, burn to disc and then find a way to boot that disc to acess the HDD.
