can anyone help with this heard its impossible without 3g help?

have tried 5 codes to unlock the fone (generated using the Imei number) so i can use my o2 uk sim in the fone and now it come sup phone restricted please enter code? can anyone help me from here?

the imei number is 357603002657096
its locked on u.k 3g network and i wanna put an o2 uk chip in it?

someone please help will be most grateful and help out in anyway i can in return
