hello.im kumash frm india..
after reading through various guides and trying out various software i still have some questions & a lot of problems.
ive searched on the web for all my questiions but im just more confused.

currently im using dvdfab platinum to copy dvds & also to remove region code restrictions.& im using Nero vision express to burn dvds out of AVI,DivX,XviD movs....
but im having a lot of burnin issues wit dvdfab platinum...ive wasted abt 20 dvds till now trying to burn with dvdfab platinum...and its takes way too long wit this software... the questions i have now

1) is there any other software out there which i can use to copy dvd's also giving me the option to remove region code restrictions..(ive tried DVD Shrink but not happy with it...)

2) wat software to use to make dvds out of AVI,XviD,DivX movs..

3) how do i add subtitles to DivX movs.. i dont want to hard encode them..
there should be an option on the dvdmenu whether to put the subtitles on or off...

4) if i want to hard encode the subtitles wat software to use for that...

5) can i add subtitles using Nero vision express..how do i do that if its possible....

6) is there a software that does all of this together???

would appreciate it..

Ok here is one way of many ways it can be done first if it is a copy protected movie or store bought try AnyDVD running in the background to remove all of the blocks . they are there and then try using Shrink to rip just the main movie and burn to ifo with Decrypter . to a dvd- you can use dvd+ but you need to do another step {booktype It}you can read more about this here on AD . So you would need AnyDVD to remove blocks Shrink to rip the main movie and to burn with Decrypter try to start with AnyDVD- DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter some basic programs to burn backup movies that you own.

I only burn the main movie for a better quality I leave out subtitles check the guides for DivX movies
