Invalid DVD Navigation Structure?

I am receiving this error while trying to burn "Freedomland" with DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypt. I am not sure what it means...

I tried to burn another DVD "Grandma's Boy" and am getting a CDC error.. I've cleaned the disc but still receive it.. Must be bad..

If anyone can offer help it would be GREAT!
