Please help unlock this phone as ive brought it for my daughter and she wants to use her vodaphone sim card

Country UK
not sure what its locked to as it didnt come with sim card but i think its T mobile

I have tried the code you provided and its saying restriction can not be taken off or something to that affect anyway so what does that mean.
