I have this question some of the games i install have sound but for example castelvania when u play u can hear the music but when u hit u dont hear the whipe noise and pacman u dont hear nothing should this be like that or im doing something wrong or some games are like that?

Im pretty sure it is supposed to be like that. I have a Pacman game and when you move and eat the dots you dont here anything unless you get hit and die or when the game first starts.
