my dvd drive will not play dvds so the company told me to install new drivers for my primary ide channel, secondary ide channel, and via bus ide channel. ive been looking everywhere, but i cant seem to find out how to find the drivers.

these are the original drivers...

Primary ide channel - 5.1.2600.0

Secondary ide channel - 5.1.2600.0

Via bus master ide channel - 5.1.2600.2180

PLEASE HELP ME....

But if the drive can read DVD's, but you can't play them. Then that is not the problem.
