okay i use this tutorial to install tool A for swap magic http://www.modchip.ca/install/ps2/nosolder/swaptool2_engl.jpg . then it tells me to move the switch to the right and put tool A in the gap, but the switch will always move back left when i let go. when i get it good, the tool just pops out.
