hey i have some games that i don't want screwed up (metal gear solid and ff8) i wanted to back them up, i have the swap magic disks, and breaker pro.

here is my problem, i use Nero burning rom se, and i still can't get my games backed up, the program says it is write protected,

does anybody have a bypass program? or am i missing something?
any help will do

Nero wont back up protected cd's. clone cd will back up anything in my experience. it's not free but you can get a 21 day free trial from slysoft.com

i never tried clone cd, but i do know that Nero burning rom se is the best for backing up ps2 games. i really didn't want to pay for backing up games i already have.

again Id try latest Alcohol 120% 1st for psx games, I also use clone cd 4.2.0.2 ver (as im not sure if the latest is efficient)

If you still need to use Nero, use the 6.6.0.18 (for correct burns till they fix the latest ver)
