had a guy come and install both Nero and DVD Shrink he successfully burned a movie but now when i try it tells me i can't burn to this disc event though its the same movie and same disc the guy used??? is it correct that Nero will automatically start burning after you've done whats needed in Shrink

what version of Nero and shrink are you using?
what are your pc stats?

Needed more info in order for us to help you better. What movie are you trying to rip and backup? DVD Shrink alone can't really handle the latest released if you haven't noticed and if you can, then post up your Nero log. There are tons of knowledgeable members here at AD.com and I'm sure your problem will eventually be sorted out soon.

**NOTE: before posting your Nero log here, you need to EDIT your Nero serial # out.

i use clone dvd 2 and dvd 43 and it work very well

yes but DVD43 isnt updated as often as slysofts AnyDVD
