i got a 1.5 and a 2.5 and i got need for speed most wanted umd but when i used a saved file in the 2.5 with the real umd nothing happens but if i use in a iso on my 1.5 the saved game works nice...so why cant i used a saved game in my 2.5 ?

Is the ISO the same region as the umd??? because if you have for example a euro ISO and US UMD, I don't believe it will work.
