Joining demuxed video and audio.

I've used D-Vision 3, for OS X, to Demux some Studio Ghibli fims, which were encoded as OGMs. However, when I join the two files (an AVI and a .mp3) there is a distinct delay between the video and the audio. I was wondering if anyone knows either:
1) A way to resolve this issue with the software,
2) Any other software that I could use for OS X, which would allow me to join the audio and the video.
