avi audio out of sync when burn to cd

Recently i have been getting out of sync AVI files in my cds. They play fine in my pc, but when i burn them to cdŽs using Nero and play them on my dvd player the audio is terribly out of sync.As i said this is a recent problem, i have burned many AVI files and never had this problem. Can someone give me some help about it? Thanks!!
