Cant get Loco Roco to work :o(

I know there are a few threads out there but none of them seam to help yes im a shit noob :P
I installed the DevHook 0.41d and i cant get the game to work to save my life. Ive pretty much only updated my psp to play GTA and got Metal Gear Acid 2 working using the GTA trick but havent a clue how to get the Loco Roco file working using DH 0.41
im using this file Loco Roco Retail Eur pSy-PSP (with hot link for fix) maybe its the file im using because its not working any help would be great like telling me to put on each setting using the program thanks in advance

right not only is this not allowed to be discussed but you made it even worse by telling us what file your using
meaning it isnt a dump of your own game
i shouldnt even help you, but....
install psp FW v2.0 and 2.5 with devhook firmware installer
load the game with these settings
UMD MOUNT - ISO AnyUMD
UMD VERSION - 2.xx -> 2.00
FIRMWARE - 2.5
CPU CLOCK - 222MHZ / 111MHZ
BOOT SELECT - reboot XMB
Buy The BLOODY game liek the rest of us

I cant get my Dump to work :( . And i hate using them weird patches :@!! Does anybody know of a PPF patch out?

@KyKy91 There is a ppf patch at ps2nfo.com Use umd gen or ppf-o-matic to patch your iso and you should be good to go.

I guess I got lucky and downloaded a good rip, b/c I launched it w/ DevHook right after unRARing it and it worked perfectly, even past world 1-4, once I got there. :p

what's really sweet is it has Japanese characters all over the screen. Not anything special, but to me, I would rather have the Japanese release w/ those characters anyway, b/c it looks cooler. It's something that not everyone in North America has. erm... *runs off*

whaddaya mean, the little LocoRocos saying "Kuna Cuna" (looked it up on Google) and stuff like that....? Then that's the same one I have. I thought that was a default language just to make the game more interesting. It does tho; it makes it more funny. I like when you're rebuilding LocoRoco into the big blob, and all the kids' voices are like, "Woooooooooaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!" And when the little LocoRocos sees those Matrix-Sentinel-type-things, they're like "Mula Mojo" or something like that b/c they're scared of it. LOL
But I think the funniest thing in the game is when you rescue the Mui Muis and they jump into the house at the end of the level and they say, "Ling Ling" and they quickly jump up and down.
I love this game!

oh yea, when I go to save the dude on the right (Just as you had said) says something in Japanese. What do you mean the game is tripping?
Dude, that game is having really negative effects on me today.
First off:
I played the game for like 4 hours last night and today, I feel like I have vertigo. My computer screen keeps rocking left to right. That's how it looks, anyway...
Secondly:
I feel like I have vertigo AND I feel like I tripped on shrooms last night b/c the computer screen is "breathing" and teh colours on the monitor are all moving around.
Is this game healthy to play?
I'm gonna ralf. Seriously - I feel sick today and I know it's from this game b/c I only get sick when I see the computer monitor rock back and forth and that's exactly how you play LocoRoco.

Thanks for the guide but i still cant find the PPF patch i checked PS2NFO and i got nothing except the other patch :s

You don't need the patch if you use DevHook v0.41d... I did it and it worked great!
If it still needs a patch AFTER using DevHook, (if there is no sound; that's the only reason you need the patch in the first place) you def got a bogus dump. Download it again and make sure it has "pSyPSP" in the title. Those rips ALWAYS kicks the a$$!!!
