Wierd ps2menu problem!

Hi all,
I was using ps2menu last night to just copy some elf apps over from a save on my MC to pfs0:\ps2menu-k mcbackups dir, and when i looked on there after i'd copied those there was a huge line of the same named file about 12 of them "ps2os.elf". Cant see why this should have happend but guess it can >:(
It wont let me deleted them either. After that happend i can no longer see my stuff on mc0 with ps2menu, all my saves are still there phew. i'm thinking its just a corrupted pfs maybe?, how would i go about reformating it to fix it.

Have you tried deleting the files with uLaunchELF or ExecFTP?

And watch for that bumping - you should know better than this :P
