I just dont understand when PS2 came out people rip them to no end because they sold everything in pieces..EX.HD,Internet hookup,Etc.But this time around they did not take this path and people still crying about it having the Blu-ray inside the system.But on the other hand Microsoft took PS2 path and people not ripping them for this saying they have a choice.I think this is just people hating on Sony not because they are really concern.

it makes sense to bundle everything cause that makes it all cheaper unlike the x360 that if u choose to buy the accessory it is WAY more xpensive

Well I can only speak for myself but my step dad has spent about as much as a ps3 would cost.$400 for the primo,$100 for the wifi adapter,$50 for xbox live gold...and I still don't have what I would have with ps3 an extra 40gb hdd, bluray,1080p...etc.We may have to spend another $50 so I can play with my own gamer tag(I dunno).
I will say this xbox live is touted as the best but has seen no real competition.I have yet to be able to actually play online because it keeps disconnecting me.But keep in mind I'm new live.In the end I'm happy and you just can't put a price on that...

I wished Sony did have a program like XBOX live because the only knock on PS2 is the online gaming the world best cheaters are on there.

amen to that my friend. I climbed the rankings in madden 06 to crack the top ten to only have myself shat on all the way to out of the top 1000 because of stupid disconnect glitches,juke glitches, and so on...ps2 was a good system but thats what free gives you...cough cough ps3 online setups free couigh cough :)

i wasnt bashing at all, i was bringing up the speculation. not once did i state here or in that thread that it was confirmed, but only "bringing it to a head" so to say. how else will HD-DVD be used apropriatly without this super 360 sku with hdmi. the image constraints would be as ugly as dvd thru coaxial. im saying here that they need it, not that its stupid and i hate them for thinking of it. it would be smart to release it saying "hey we have a new 360 out there for you hd-freaks! fully compatable with HD-DVD and other hd-video content up to 32-bit color depth and over 10gb/s bandwith for those optimal signals." but then people would be all "well i want that..and i payed for this not knowing?"
