No. The keyboard would have to have PSP mappings. Plus, aside from Dax UMD Dumper, when in USB mode, the PSP becomes inactive except on screen just like when you open it up to put homebrew on it.
Look at it this way: There was a company which was working on a keyboard for the PSP. They got it into produKtion, made Prototypes and were ready to program them, then Sony wouldn't give them the Keyboard mappings. Said company wouldn't have been working on a special PSP Keyboard if in fact a standard keyboard WOULD work.
You know?

The only way you can have the ORIGINAL Sony Web browser AND have v1.50 at the same time is to d/l DUAL BOOT when it's released. That will allow you to have two diff firmware... If my memory serves me correKtly...
Otherwise, just go w/ Links2 or Fired Up.
Links2 is a standalone, Fired up is an ISO.

OH YEA!!! *Lightbulb*
I forgot about that! Hell, now I can erase Fired up. I forgot about the 2.50 browser b/c I haven't used the stock browser in so long. Not since v2.00. Damn it's been a while...

In my attempts, MPHFL's webbrowser NEVER worked. Everytime I tried to launch it from v2.00 emu, I found myself watching a black screen while the PSP reset itself.
(sorry about the dbl post; I thot this was a diff thread. got mixed up)

You and me both.
[Half On Topic]If Devhook could launch homebrew like 1.5 while still emulating 2.5 it would kick so much ass.[/Half On Topic]

No sir, unless you have the mod-chip.
Devhook kind of allows Dualboot. Try it and see if you like it.

Hopefully, because I'm too damn lazy.
If I had any programming language knowledge, I would make so many crazy-azz programs for the PSP. By crazy azz, I mean like friggin awesome.

Well, I wanna be a dev so badly, I tried learning LUA. and learned how to program my PSP into "freeze" mode. I typed in the LUA app, "This is your text" b/c I was following the tutorial step-by-step. I launched it from lua and it said "This is your text" in green over the menu, froze and shut down... That's the extent of my programming experience...
