Is there any way to stop cingular from tracking the sim or the serial number on a Razor V3 cell if re-connected to a different service, and if so is there a way to block off the sim/serial codes in order to re-activate to another existing service? If so what codes can be used to do this particular action?

The SIM code is for each SIM card, if you swap a SIM card for another provider it will connect to that new provider and the original will never know that you are using a different SIM.
