my pc doesn't scan errors after abnormal shutdown

i just don't understand why my new pc doesn't scan erros after abnormal shutdown i think everything is fixed in the error option or is there any other way to scan errors of abnormal shutdown

Scan it with XoftSpy, but only delete the "viruses" that you don't know what they are. Also, you will have to buy the program.

I'll assume windows XP, windows XP doesnt do that, ME downwards does.
