I am having trouble burning Annapolis using DVD Shrink. When I encode it it goes black for several seconds where picture is supposed to be. Can anyone help me. I am also using a program called pgcedit. with DVD Decrypter. hopefully that will do the trick. Thanks, David

Try new program RipIt4Me it will integrate with both Shrink and Decrypter and rip the newer protected movies that these two programs can no longer do.

dave2015 ,
I Used PgcEdit w/ the plug-ins to do Annapolis and had no problems doing it. Did you use VobBlanker or FixVTS?. Even if it tells me I do not have any errors I still run it through VobBlanker.

ArnieBear gave you an excellent new program that is a mini-PgcEdit but it does work and works very well. I think he also wrote the guide that is in the thread. It really is a simple program to use.

If you still have the problem w/ PgcEdit post back( what the error is and where in the process you got the error) and I'll go pull the original out and see if I can duplicate the error.

@dave2015: I backed this one up on the weekend. Used DVD Decrypter and then VOB Blanker. DVD Shrink worked with the VOB Blanker output no problem.

There are tons of method to rip new released DVDs. You can try these FREE tools below.

<<< Process A >>>

* DVDFAB Decrypter (12 minutes to rip)
* VobBlanker (5 minutes to process the VIDEO_TS.IFO file)
* DVD Shrink to transcode
* DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn to burn

<<< Process B ** RipIt4Me **identical to DVD Decrypter + PSL Plugins** >>>

* DVD Decrypter (12 - 15 minutes to rip)
* FixVTS (5 minutes to process)
* DVD Shrink to transcode
* DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn to burn

Good luck.
