I have an Apple modchip installed in my V9 (I think) ps2. It loads games fine, but sometimes there are things you can launch from within a game that loads something else... for example, In Tekken 5, you can pick the classic Tekken Arcade games, and it loads another SLUS... or something, I dont know. All I know is that when I pick it, it tries to run something and I get the PS2 "Not a PS2 disc" message.

Same thing happens when I try to run the Network Manager utility from a game. Namely, Mortal Kombat Deception. I was getting to run fine, but now its giving me that PS2 Not a disc thing. Does anyone know why its doing this? Its bee driving me insane...

It might have something to do with the chip, my DMS4 doesn't have a problem loading the classic Tekken, or anything like it that I have come across in other games. I'm wondering, though, unless your chip can handle on-line play, you might not even bother.

Ive found something else out. If I wait awhile, like 5 minutes, itll work. It only happens when I just turn the game on and choose it.
