Im having a hell of a time tring to play back movies...some play and some dont..

so what should i download to play most movies downloaded..is WMP the best to play all sort of movies?

and is their one packeage or links that have all the codec i need to play movies..i dont know too much about AVI,mpeg stuff

p.s so what im asking is what would i have to download to be able to play most of the movie downloaded online

You could download MPC (Media Player Classic) and/or VLC player and combine any of them with the CCCP (Combined Community codec Pack). Do a Google search, and you'll find them. I've used them in the past.
