memory card wont load

i been using this mem card for a year i go to ply my need for speed game and it wont load up it says load failed memory is corrupt. but my other games work its is just when i use it for need for speed

do you have a need for speed save in the memory card at the moment? If you do try deleting that and try to save again

it seems like that the need for speed save is corrupt, I don't think there's any way you can "uncorrupt" the file..

yeah pulling/plugging the MC when the console is trying to access it could be a problem, or if the console was switched off when MC is being accessed... I've never had that problem but I know it's possible

This ahs happened to me a couple of times and i know how annoying it is. There is nothing you can do about it and sometimes it won't even allow you to delete the corrupted data which is even more annoying. The only thing you can really do to make sure that you never have to start a game again because of this, is to regularly make backups of your game saves, either on the same memory card or on a different one. Although, this can be quite time consuming and takes up, what seems like uneccisary space.

IS this MC an geniune Sony card? Because, in my prior experience, I've found that other licensed cards (specially those by MadCatz) have a higher possibility of corrupting your data while saving. It's frustrating :P That's why I always stick to original stuff to avoid unnecesarry inconvenience.
