Hello,
I have numerous image files or playstation 1 games.(.img) Is there any program I can use or way to fund out if the games are NTSC or PAL. Short of burning them and either working or not?

I think you have to open the image file using something like UltraISO, and look for a file either called SLUS_xx.xx or SCES_xx.xx/SLES_xx.xx, SLUS are the NTSC games and the SCES/SLES ones are PAL games
