Thanks a lot but it didn't work. I tried it and it said 'cannot undo restriction' so it seems like I need a cable.

Can anyone tell me where I can buy one (US) ?

You have attempted to unlock the phone too many times.

Your solution:

You need a DCT4 cable. Google it and you will find places in the USA that sell it.
