Does this software only work w/ motorola phones? I have a sony ericsson 520. I can get the program to connect w/ my phone it won't open my phone numbers though. My problem is when I'm in the melody studio. I have taken a few part of a song and tried to transfer it to make it a ringtone. When I hit transfer a window pops up saying "unsupported format-no conversion possible". How do I fix this? Thanks.

Is the sound file in a supported format? I think that you might get a better answer in the Sony Ericsson forum.
