USBExtreme and Winhiip question

Can anyone please tell me if I can use Winhiip for loading games onto my hard drive for use with USBextreme,
or must I use the software provided by the USBextreme website only ?

I don't think Winhiip works with USBeXtreme, you can use USBInsane instead: http://www.sksapps.com/index.php?page=hd.html

Has anyone out there used USBinsane successfully to load games onto a hard disk. Any personal experiences?

All I use is USBInsane. I like the feature of being able to save directly from an image instead of having to mount the image everytime you want to install a new game. Also it is way faster than USBeXtreme.

The only downside is that there is no progress bar for your installations. You can easily confuse USBInsane for having frozen on you when really it is still installing. If you're going to be installing a huge game... expect to wait a while basically.

No progress bar? That must be annoying. I usually install 4-5 games using Winhiip (cos I'm lazy to take out my HDD and connect it to my PC) and the progress bar is so useful, I know I can go away for say 30 minutse and come back and it'll be done :) Hope the creator of USBInsane adds that feature soon! :)
