I think it depends on where you bought it from, I have 1 year warranty for mine, some people only have 3 months. Your best bet is to ask the store you bought it from

Are there any places that have an unlimited time warranty? And what is probably the longest warranty?

Pretty sure no - I don't think you can get unlimited warranty with anything (some products claim they have unlimited warranty - but with a LOT of restrictions).

I'm going to say the longest is 1 year

If your refering to the PS2 Warrenty sticker on the back i believe the Sony warrenty from the FaCtOrY is only 90 days ... after those 90 days or however long it is. the warrenty is void anyways so feel free to rip of the sticker!

Hmm I think the warranty really depends on where you bought the console then - the one I bought here in New Zealand is 1 year :)

Well, in canada mine was only a 90 Day limited warranty from sony. I bought and extended 2 year Warranty from the retailer.

Yeah I guess mine either came with 1 year as a promotion thing from the retailer, or they just included the warranty in the RRP :S
