My son has one of those small, slim PS2's. Every game he loads comes up with "disk error". Is there anything I can do?

Thanks.

Try cleaning the laser with some isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip. Put the alcohol on one end of the Q-Tip, and rub it on the laser in a circular motion(don't press too hard). If that doesn't work, then the laser is finished. You'll have to buy another one if cleaning the laser doesn't work.
