Need help burening CD-XA to an iso image

My problem is that Soldier of Fortune is a CD-XA and I've been trying to use alcohol 120% to burn it to an iso but the option doesn't come up. Any advice on helping me back up the cd is greatly appreciated.

Read SOF with your dvd\cd-rom using the Safedisc2 datatype profile and burn. Play the backup in your dvd\cd-rom.
